The terms and conditions govern the relationship of users of the website freshradius.com with the operator of this website, Fresh Radius Inc. By using the website freshradius.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions:

  2. When putting content on Fresh Radius, other users may copy your content and use it on freshradius.com or outside of our website. Fresh Radius Inc does not have any control over what users do with it.
  3. We appreciate your valuable suggestions and comments that you send to Fresh Radius Inc. We may use them without the obligation to compensate you for them, just as you have no obligation sending them to us.

3.) Safety
We do our best to keep freshradius.com a safe and fun environment but we cannot guarantee it. We need the help of our users to do that which requires the following committment by our users:

  1. You will not send to or post unauthorized commercial communications, commonly knows as spam, on freshradius.com.
  2. You will not use freshradius.com for the purpose of collecting users' information and content, using harvesting robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated means.
  3. You will not initiate or participate in unlawful multi-level marketing schemes on freshradius.com
  4. You will not upload or otherwise send viruses, trojans or other malicious code to freshradius.com
  5. You will not solicit login information from users or access user accounts that do not belong to yourself.
  6. You will not bully, harass or intimidate any user.
  7. You will not upload any content that is hateful, intimidating, threatening or otherwise criminal in nature.
  8. You will not upload any pornographic material or material that is graphic and shows violence.
  9. You will not offer any contests, gambling, betting, lotteries or sweepstake promotions on freshradius.com
  10. You will not do anything unlawful, demeaning, discriminatory or malicious.
  11. You will not do anything that could disable, overload, incapacitate the website freshradius.com such as, but not limited to, engaging in denial of service attacks.

You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of these terms and conditions.

4.) User Accounts
Account holders must user their real names and information. Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining your user account:

  2. You will not provide an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
  3. You will not use freshradius.com if you are under the age of 13 years.
  4. You will keep your contact information accurate and up to date.
  5. You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
  6. You will not transfer your account to anyone without first getting our written permission.
  7. If you select a name for your account, we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe appropriate (Such as when a trademark owner or celebrity complains about an account name that does not closely relate to a user's actual name).
  8. We can remove any user account or user content from freshradius.com when we believe it violates these terms and conditions or any law.

5.) Payments
If you make a payment to Fresh Radius Inc you agree to the following:

  1. When you confirm a transaction on freshradius.com you agree to be bound to pay for that transaction. All sales are final.
  2. When you provide a payment source to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment source. You also authorize our third party payment services provider, PayPal, to collect and store it along with other related transaction information.
  3. When you make a payment, you authorize us and our designated payment service provider, PayPal, to charge the full amount to the payment source you designated to the transaction.
  4. We may cancel any transaction if we believe the transaction violates these Terms and Conditions, or by doing so may prevent financial loss..

6.) Your Use of This Site
The Fresh Radius website and the content contained therein are the property of Fresh Radius Inc.. You may access and use the content, and download and/or print out one copy of any content from the Frssh Radius website, solely for your personal, noncommercial use. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Fresh Radius website.

The information on this website is provided on an “AS IS” basis. Much of the materials available on the Fresh Radius website has been submitted by our users and suppliers. The content thus provided has not been independently authenticated in whole or in part by Fresh Radius Inc.. Fresh Radius does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which Fresh Radius shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

8.) Links to Third Party Sites
The Fresh Radius website links to other websites which are not under the control of and are not maintained by Fresh Radius. Fresh Radius Inc. is not responsible for the content of those site,. and is providing these links to you only as a convenience. Accessing those links is at your own risk. The inclusion of any link to such sites does not imply endorsement by Fresh Radius Inc. of those sites.

9.) Trademarks
Fresh Radius,FreshRadius.com and the logo are trademarks of Fresh Radius Inc.

10,) Termination
If you violate the letter or spirit of this Statement, or otherwise create possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of freshradius.com to you. We will notify you by email or at the next time you attempt to access your account. You may also delete your account

11.) Supplier Accounts
You can create a free or premium listing with Fresh Radius Inc. for a food business if:

  1. You are the owner of the business, or have been authorized by the business owner to represent that business.
  2. The business operates in one or more of the categories available on the Fresh Radius website.
  3. The business sells food products directly to consumers, either in processed or un-processed forms.
  4. A substantial portion of the product sold is locally grown, produced or sourced.

Fresh Radius Inc. reserves the right to exclude listings we feel are inappropriate and to deactivate members' listings at our discretion.

Supplier Premium Listing

1.) Signing Up for a Premium Account:
A supplier may upgrade their listing to a premium listing by subscribing and paying the subscription fee as set out on the registration form. Fresh Radius uses PayPal to securely initiate and process monthly subscription fees.

2.) Payment of Subscription Fees:
Subsequent payments are due monthly in advance, and will be processed automatically by PayPal. The user is required to keep their credit card or bank account information current with PayPal to ensure successful processing of subscription fees.

3.) Premium Content:
The premium account offers the supplier the benefit of adding additional content to promote their business, as set out in the registration pages. Upon payment of the initial monthly subscription fee, the supplier will be granted access to enter the premium content. It is the supplier’s responsibility to enter the premium content for their business.

4.) Cancelling a Premium Account:
You may cancel your premium account at any time, by notifying us via email, or by cancelling the automatic payment through your PayPal account. Although no advance notice is required, and there is no cancellation fee, all fees paid for service up to the notice of cancellation are non-refundable. At the end of the last paid period, your account will be returned to basic account status, and all premium content will be removed from display on the Fresh Radius website.

5.) Account Suspension:
If PayPal is unable to process your payment, your account will be suspended until such time as payment is received. If payment is not received for 2 months in a row, your account will be cancelled without further notice.

6.) Account Termination:
Fresh Radius Inc. reserves the right to terminate the account of any supplier that is found to have violated the terms of this agreement. Should the account be terminated in this manner, all of the supplier’s content will be removed from the site immediately, the PayPal subscription well be cancelled, however no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the monthy subscription period.
