Fresh Radius Inc is a Canadian company with its office located in the Province of Ontario.

As a Canadian organization we are bound to comply with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Fresh Radius Inc has adopted a Privacy Policy that adheres to the 10 Principles of PIPEDA.

2. Identifying Purposes

The purposes for which Fresh Radius Inc collects personal information shall be identified by all members of the company at or before the time the information is collected.

Purposes have been identified as follows:

a.) Collection of personal data to the extent necessary to create a free or enhanced, fee-based user profile on the website FreshRadius.com. Personal data will be used to communicate with users regarding all necessary transactions and issues arising around their membership on the website. Where website users wish to make personal information available to other users, they are enabled to control the display of their personal information via a password protected profile management tool.
b.) Fresh Radius Inc has outsourced the collection of online payment to a third party provider, PayPal Inc. This third party provider operates their own independent website. Fresh Radius Inc customers using a third party provider for payments are being made aware that the Privacy Policy of the third party provider may differ significantly from the privacy policy adopted by Fresh Radius Inc.

The knowledge and consent of the individual are required for the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, except where inappropriate.

Fresh Radius Inc limits the collection of personal information to that which is necessary for the purposes identified by the organization. Information shall be collected by fair and lawful means.
